Terms of Service for peacedetz

1. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service as a streamer.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Payments, Commissions, and Payouts

For Viewers: To make a call, you must purchase call time through our accepted payment methods. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

For Streamers — Commission: We will collect all payments from viewers on your behalf. In return for the use of the Service, you agree that we will retain a twenty percent (20%) commission from the revenue generated from your calls.

Payment Processing Fees: We will cover the standard payment processing fees on all transactions. You will receive eighty percent (80%) of the price you set for your calls.

Payouts: Your accumulated earnings will be displayed in your account dashboard. You can request a payout of your available balance subject to our payout policy and minimum thresholds. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

Taxes: All streamers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their obligations under applicable tax laws to report and remit any taxes arising from their use of the Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. You agree not to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or obscene.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these rules.

4. Termination

You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Service: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, peacedetz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
